QuickQuote Map ("us", "we", or "our") operates the QuickQuote Map website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1.3 Map & Quote Data

We store the geographical data (polygons, coordinates) you create and the quote pricing information you generate. This is necessary to provide the core functionality of our Service.

QuickQuote Map uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To notify you about changes to our Service.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service.
• To provide customer support.
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service.
• To monitor the usage of the Service.
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues.

3. Service Providers & Third Parties

We employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

• Authentication: We use Clerk to manage user authentication and identity.
• Database: We use Supabase to store user data and application state.
• Payments: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors.
• Mapping: We use Esri/ArcGIS and other providers for satellite imagery and geocoding services. Location requests are sent to these providers to fetch map data.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
