Welcome to QuickQuote Map. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickQuote Map ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickQuote Map is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to:

• View satellite imagery of properties.
• Measure land areas remotely.
• Generate service quotes based on measurements.
• Collect lead information from prospective customers.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Subscription period, and you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current Subscription period.

4. Free Trial

QuickQuote Map may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by QuickQuote Map until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuickQuote Map and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. User Content & Data

You retain all rights to any data, information, or material that you submit to the Service ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, you grant QuickQuote Map a license to access, use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display that User Data as permitted by our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Map Data Disclaimer

Important Notice: Our Service utilizes third-party map data and satellite imagery (e.g., from Esri, Mapbox, Google, or OpenStreetMap). We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of this data. Measurements derived from satellite imagery are estimates only. You are solely responsible for verifying actual site conditions and measurements before entering into binding agreements or performing work. QuickQuote Map is not liable for financial losses due to inaccurate estimates.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuickQuote Map, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
